Staged Revision Surgery for Failed Cavovarus Hindfoot Reconstruction This volume of Grand Rounds from HSS focuses on foot and ankle surgery. We offer challenging cases presented by HSS Foot and Ankle specialists; three patients who presented with malalignment, instability and disabling pain who had previously undergone unsuccessful procedures for relatively common conditions. Each case required diagnostic acumen and multifaceted revision surgery in order to restore proper alignment and comfortable function for these very encumbered patients.
